Custom Built Home

This custom built home designed by Sam Posey is located in the Northwest corner of Connecticut.  Some of its special features include a barrel vault ceiling, custom staircase, and custom cabinetry.  The brick chimney and stonework were built by one of our many experienced sub-contractors.

This 12,000 square foot private elementary school was built in 1997.  Built specifically for the school it has many large classrooms, a small gym, and an open foyer with a high vaulted ceiling with large windows.  A small library was added later.
